OSHCTOPIA sells both digital products and physical printed products. Digital products (PDF documents, ZIP archives, and similar file formats) are delivered via a secure, time-limited download link on the confirmation page and via email. Each download link is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and permits up to 5 downloads. If your link expires before you have downloaded your files, please contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a replacement link at no charge. Physical products (printed diaries and other shipped items) are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Postage costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Physical products are shipped within Australia only unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary based on your location and Australia Post conditions.

All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. OSHCTOPIA does not store your card details at any time. The three available tiers are: · Starter Pack — $97 AUD · Complete System — $297 AUD · Professional Licence — $797 AUD Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Digital products: After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, you will be redirected to a secure confirmation page containing your personalised download link. This link is unique to your purchase and should not be shared. If you do not receive your confirmation page or experience any technical issues accessing your files, please email [email protected] with your order details and we will resolve the issue promptly — typically within 1 business day. Physical products: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days via Australia Post. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

OSHCTOPIA offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, include your order confirmation details in your email. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In addition, we will always provide a full refund regardless of the 14-day window in the following circumstances: · You were charged but did not receive a download link and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days. · You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error. · The file you downloaded is corrupted or materially different from what was described.

All OSHCTOPIA resources are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within a single OSHC service. You may: · Print and display materials within your service · Adapt templates for your own service's documentation · Share materials with educators employed at your service You may not: · Resell, redistribute, or share files with other services or individuals outside your service · Upload materials to public platforms or file-sharing sites · Remove or alter copyright notices or branding The Professional Licence tier grants an unlimited multi-site licence — covering all services within your network or organisation — with expanded implementation rights and no per-service restrictions.
